Who are we?

We started as a group of friends from Kansas City. We had just left school, and we entered the job hunt. The job search process was tough as usual, constant phone calls and email exchanges with recruiters, late nights of tracking down job postings and applying with our resumes we had spent countless days writing. Week after week, we heard nothing. So it posed the question, why aren’t we hearing back from these jobs that we are perfectly qualified for? The reason was, Applicant Tracking Systems, or ATS for short. We found that our grammatically impeccable resumes and notable achievements weren’t cutting it anymore. We needed to learn how to beat the system, how to make our resumes impress ATS just as much as it would impress a hiring team. Those past struggles bring us to today, where we work alongside job seekers from around the world to beat ATS, and to help people land the jobs they dreamed of.
